The idea
Most apps are built to grow your audience. That's a completely different problem from finding the handful of people who could change your next twelve months. WINLIST is built for that second thing.
Our matching looks at your metroplex, your industry, the goals you set, and the projects and business ideas you're working on. Then it puts the people who line up with all of that in front of you. Swipe right to connect, left to pass.
Mentors and visionaries come in through their own application and carry a verified seal on their profile. Each one sets their own session rate, and calls happen inside the app. You know what it costs before you reach out.
Join communities built around what you're working on. Members vote on a day, a time and a place, and the meetup gets pinned to the group. We curate events happening near you as well.
How it works
Everyone comes in through an application, either as a Builder or as a Mentor. That's what keeps the quality of the room high.
Your profile leads with a short video instead of a headshot. It's much easier to make a call on a person than on a job title.
Swipe through the people we match you with. Once you've both connected, it opens up messages, calls and session bookings.
Communities and local events turn that connection into a coffee, a collaboration or a hire.

Questions
Joining, building a profile, connecting and messaging are all free. There's a premium tier that unlocks extras like seeing who wants to connect with you before you swipe. Mentor sessions are paid separately, at whatever rate that mentor has set.
A network is only as good as the people in it. Every member, Builder or Mentor, comes in through an application. So the person on the other side of a connect chose to be here too.
LinkedIn is a résumé you broadcast at strangers. WINLIST puts you in front of a much smaller group of people who are actually relevant to what you're doing, and you both have to agree before a conversation starts. No cold outreach, and no race to collect connections.
The app is built and in testing right now. We're opening one city at a time through 2026, starting wherever the interest list is heaviest. That's a real reason to put your city down.
It's stored privately and only used to process your invite and let you know when your city opens. We don't sell it or share it. If you want it gone, email support@thewinlist.app and we'll delete it.
